Granite Belt - 2nd to 5th May 2025

A short little 3 night trip out to the Granite Belt Staying at Mountview Wines. There was an early winter cold snap but we were warm enough once inside the Rooftop Tent.

This was an opportunity for us to stay at a location previously postponed after I had taken a tumble a little over a year ago & fractured my scaphoid. We were able to visit the Girraween National Park & do a short day hike to the Pyramid & other locations. Also drove down to the NSW border to Wallangarra & enjoyed a couple of wine tastings in local vineyards. On the way back home we diverted an visited Queen Mary Falls.
